Greetings, my name is Eric Williams and I am currently undertaking an independent research project. You are being asked to participate in a research survey that measures your attitudes and behaviors within your organization. This survey is a second round of data collection for my thesis that I am attempting to put into publication. I would greatly appreciate your participation and help with this endeavor!
You can help by either taking the survey yourself, forwarding it to your personal contacts, or both. Please note that there are conditions for participating. In order to participate, you must be at least 18 years old and must work at least 40 hours per week in an organization in the United States.
If you participate in the survey, you should expect to spend approximately 10 minutes completing it. Please ensure that you have enough time to complete the survey once it has begun, as you will not be able to re-enter the survey at a later time to complete it.
If at any time you would prefer not to participate in this study, simply close the study.
